These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the betbee platform. By registering an account or placing a bet on betbee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document.

To be eligible to use the betbee platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:
betbee reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period — as communicated by betbee's support team — may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one betbee account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different phone numbers, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. betbee uses technical and procedural controls to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, betbee reserves the right to close all but one of those accounts and to void any bets, winnings, or bonus funds associated with the duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your betbee account, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. betbee is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you, including failed withdrawals caused by incorrectly entered bKash or Nagad mobile wallet numbers.
betbee may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, or proof of ownership of your registered payment method. betbee reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. KYC requests will be communicated via your registered email address or in-platform notification.
betbee accounts for Bangladesh players are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. betbee does not apply currency conversion fees to BDT transactions. The BDT wallet is the native account currency and cannot be changed after registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betbee login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access or use your betbee account, or create login credentials that are easily guessable or identical to credentials you use on other platforms.
betbee uses one-time password (OTP) verification via your registered mobile number as an additional security layer for login and withdrawal actions. You must ensure that the mobile number registered on your betbee account remains active and in your sole possession. If your registered mobile number changes, you must contact betbee support at [email protected] immediately to update your account details.
In the event you suspect that your betbee account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify betbee immediately at [email protected]. betbee will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account. betbee is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security or your failure to report a suspected breach in a timely manner.
All betbee sessions are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, which encrypts data transmitted between your device and betbee's servers. betbee will never ask you to provide your password via email, chat, or any support channel. If you receive a communication purporting to be from betbee requesting your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to [email protected] immediately.
betbee accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your betbee BDT wallet in real time or within a short processing window depending on the selected payment method. betbee does not charge a deposit fee, however your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider directly.
The minimum deposit amount on betbee is ৳200 per transaction. betbee reserves the right to adjust this minimum at any time. Any changes to the minimum deposit threshold will be communicated via in-platform notification prior to taking effect.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your betbee account originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. betbee reserves the right to reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects originated from a payment method not belonging to the account holder, and to withhold associated winnings pending investigation.
betbee is not responsible for deposit failures caused by issues with your mobile financial service provider, insufficient balance in your mobile wallet, or network disruptions on Bangladesh mobile networks. If a deposit amount is deducted from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account but does not appear in your betbee BDT wallet within 30 minutes, please contact betbee support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and the amount involved.
betbee processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account. Withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day. betbee does not guarantee specific processing times during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or system maintenance windows.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day, and will be communicated to you within the betbee account dashboard. betbee reserves the right to amend withdrawal limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.
betbee may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. betbee may also request verification that the withdrawal destination (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number) belongs to the registered account holder. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
betbee reserves the right to withhold or void withdrawals where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 10 of these Terms. Funds associated with confirmed prohibited conduct may be forfeited in full.
betbee offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and seasonal promotions to eligible account holders. Specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and game contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms applicable to each offer. All betbee promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at betbee's sole discretion without prior notice.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus expiry date, failing which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
betbee strictly prohibits the abuse of its bonus and promotion system. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using betting patterns designed to exploit low-risk wagering of bonus funds (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"); colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. betbee reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Promotions available exclusively through betbee's Exclusive section, including seasonal events tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), are subject to their own supplementary terms published at the time of each promotion. These supplementary terms are read in conjunction with this Section 7 and the general Terms.
All bets placed on the betbee sportsbook are final once confirmed by the betbee system. A bet is not valid until you receive a confirmation notification and the bet appears in your betbee account's active bets list. betbee is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to network connectivity issues, device errors, or browser interruptions on your side. Suspected system errors on betbee's side must be reported to [email protected] within 24 hours of the relevant event settling.
betbee reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the odds at which the bet was placed were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error; betbee has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed using inside information or in bad faith; or the event outcome is subject to a formal dispute, appeal, or official investigation. In the case of a voided bet, the stake will be returned to your betbee BDT wallet.
For BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, and all other cricket markets offered on betbee: a match must reach a minimum of the completion threshold defined in the individual market rules for bets to stand. In-play bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI, or equivalent). DLS method results are accepted as official. Ties are settled per the individual market's tie rules as displayed in the betbee sportsbook at the time of bet placement.
Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply on betbee. Current payout limits are displayed within the betbee sportsbook. betbee reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any individual bet at its sole discretion, including for specific events, markets, or individual player accounts.
betbee Casino games — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and RNG slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are provided by third-party certified gaming software providers. betbee is not liable for interruptions to individual game sessions caused by third-party provider downtime, streaming disruptions, or network issues outside betbee's control. In the event a live casino session is interrupted after a bet is placed but before a result is determined, the outcome will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's official rules for disconnection scenarios. betbee will apply the game provider's official ruling on such events.
Jackpot Bingo prizes are paid in full to the winning account holder as confirmed by betbee's Jackpot Bingo system. Progressive jackpot amounts displayed in the Jackpot Bingo lobby are indicative and updated in near-real time. betbee reserves the right to correct any erroneously displayed jackpot figure prior to it being claimed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betbee platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent account closure:
betbee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is ongoing, where a KYC or verification request has not been satisfied, where betbee suspects fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
You may request the closure of your betbee account at any time by contacting betbee support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts subject to an active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.
Upon account closure, all bonus balances, free bets, and non-withdrawable promotional credits are forfeited immediately. Withdrawable cash balances will be returned to your registered payment method within betbee's standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Following closure, you must not attempt to re-register a new betbee account unless betbee has explicitly confirmed in writing that re-registration is permitted.

betbee is not liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses; (b) loss of profits or opportunity; (c) losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party providers including game studios, payment processors, or mobile network operators; (d) losses arising from your own failure to maintain account security; or (e) losses caused by circumstances outside betbee's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
The betbee platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
betbee collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at betbee.win/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a betbee account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to betbee's legal record-keeping obligations.
betbee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betbee will notify registered account holders via the email address on record or via an in-platform notification. Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the betbee platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the betbee platform and request account closure as described in Section 11.2.

Beyond the legal obligations in these Terms, betbee makes the following practical commitments to every Bangladesh player on the platform.
